How do I access my courses after enrolling?
Once you complete checkout, you'll receive an email with instant access to your personal dashboard. All video lessons, pattern PDFs, and recorded workshops are available immediately in your account and remain accessible for life.
What skill levels are offered?
We offer courses for absolute beginners, confident knitters, and advanced makers. Every course clearly lists the required skill level along with a free preview lesson so you can make sure it's the right fit.
Are the workshops live or pre-recorded?
Most lessons are beautifully filmed and pre-recorded so you can learn at your own pace. We also host monthly live community sessions with instructor Q&A where members can join in real time and ask questions.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the first two modules of any course, simply email [email protected] and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
How does the Fallows community work?
Fallows is our private member-only space where students share progress photos, request feedback on their projects, and join weekly virtual knit-alongs. Access is included with every course purchase.
Do I need special materials or equipment?
All courses include a detailed materials list. You'll need standard knitting needles and yarn for each project. We provide affiliate links to our recommended suppliers but you're free to source materials anywhere.
Can I download the patterns to keep forever?
Yes. Every course includes downloadable PDF patterns that you can print or save to your device. They remain yours even if you decide to cancel your membership later.
