All purchases are processed securely. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided only in cases of technical failure on our side or per our refund policy.

Trimstream Knitworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding twelve months.
